Karla helped us get this almost new 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house….one of 4 she recommended..she has vast knowledge of the area and these were the best available at the time….We love the house 4 bedrooms all good size..She helped us get the best buy on our new home ..plus it’s almost new… Nice area and close to shopping which is important. She responded to all texts and calls promptly..and even showed us a house on a Saturday..we talked to realtors who didn’t do anything on the weekends…I guess it depends on who you want for a realtor..we know there are lots of realtors…but who is really ready to work for you Karla is that realtor …so you don’t have to look any further…she checks all the boxes..she is one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with and would highly recommend her to anyone…She will work to find you the best house you can make your own home of…..

My wife and I were ready to start looking into purchasing a home last year, looking thru the entire Las Vegas valley for something that fit our needs, wants and price range. We looked on our own in several different areas for a potential home, but never quite found something that was a fit for the both of us. We had been searching thru Zillow for a while and found a house that we wanted to see and sent a request to contact the agent. Karla was the listing agent and had reached out to me pretty quickly to schedule a tour of the property just a couple days later. We toured the property and it honestly was not for us for multiple reasons, this was late last year and we had decided to take a break on our house hunting until after the holiday season was over. Karla and her team reached out to us after the new year to see if we were still interested in purchasing a home, they asked for a list of what our: needs that were non-negotiable and things we wanted but were not deal breakers. We were introduced to Ruben and Andrea, a few members from Karla's team. They helped us get pre-qualified so we knew what numbers we were looking at and a lengthy list of houses that had all of our needs and variations in the wants that we had in mind. After a few lists we picked our favorites and scheduled tours of the potentials properties. We found one that we really loved and wanted to make an offer. Through out this entire process as first time home buyers, Karla and the entire team were very patient with our busy work schedules and our mountain of questions we had being first time home buyers. The communication we had amongst myself, my wife and the entire team was excellent. Whether it was a text message, phone call, email, etc. the entire team kept my wife and I updated on each step. Even during the home inspection, we had found some issues and made a request for repairs which did have its hiccups along the way but ultimately were addressed how we wanted! Being newly weds and planning for our honeymoon did make this process a bit more challenging than we anticipated, but Karla and the rest of the team were very understanding and accommodating. Buying a house is stressful, we knew that going into this journey. I highly recommend Karla, Andrea, Ruben for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Las Vegas area.
